To enhance the efficiency of support requests and provide you with better assistance, we have implemented a support ticket system. Each support request is assigned a unique ticket number, allowing you to conveniently track progress and responses online. To initiate the process, you can create a ticket either by sending an email to [email protected] or by visiting www.tasbelize.com/Helpdesk. Let's get started!


Guide to Opening a New Ticket:

  1. Navigate to the 'Open a New Ticket' tab.
  2. Provide your contact information in the designated fields.
  3. Select a help topic that best aligns with your specific needs.
  4. Complete the ticket details section with relevant information.
  5. Finalize the process by clicking the 'Create Ticket' button.


Guide for Ticket Management:

  1. Email Notification: Upon ticket creation, you will receive an email containing a link to view the status. To add more details, simply reply to this email. Important note: Avoid sending a new email for the same issue.
  2. Portal Check: Access the ticket status by clicking the 'Check the Ticket Status' tab on our portal.
  3. Login Credentials: To sign in and manage your ticket, use your login credentials. If you don't have an account, please request one from our customer care team at [email protected].
