IMPORTANT HOSTING INFO:
Here are the key details about your hosting:
- Kindly take note of your yearly hosting package.
- Billing cycle: Your billing cycle is generally the date your site is launch unless otherwise informed by our TAS account team.
- Hosting fee is due annually. An invoice will be sent 15 days prior to the due date
- Remember, there's a grace period of five (5) days after the due date. Following this, your website will be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
- If a suspension occurs, a $200.00 reconnection fee will apply upon restoration.
MONTHLY CONTENT MAINTENANCE OPTIONS:
Your site has been designed to empower you with content updates. For occasional extra help, we recommend exploring our maintenance plans, detailed in the hosting & maintenance package. Ask our team for a copy if you have not seen this document. Kindly note that apart from hosting support, TAS Belize does not manage content updates. Additional content or page adjustments will be billed at our hourly rate.
