At TAS Belize, we are committed to bringing our clients’ visions to life through a collaborative and streamlined design process. Our step-by-step approach ensures that we capture your brand essence and create designs that resonate with your audience.

Step 1: Discovery and Idea Gathering.

During this crucial phase, we engage in an in-depth consultation with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of their vision, brand identity, and design requirements. We encourage open communication and urge clients to share samples or inspiration that align with their desired direction. Our team also conducts thorough research into the client’s industry and best design practices to inform the creative process. Once the vision is refined and agreed upon, we transition to the design stage.

Step 2: Conceptual Design

In this phase, we bring the ideas to life by crafting up to two (2) design proofs. This stage typically spans three (3) to four (4) business days for most projects, and slightly longer (five to eight business days) for websites, Illustrations, and brochures, considering their complexity.

Step 3: Feedback and Iteration

We value our clients’ input and, in the Feedback Stage, present the design proofs for review. Clients are encouraged to provide their feedback within 2 business days of receiving the proofs, unless alternate arrangements are agreed upon. Based on the feedback, the client chooses a preferred design or requests modifications. Should the initial direction not meet the client’s expectations, we collaborate to determine an alternative approach. It’s important to note that additional charges may apply after three (3) complete proof changes.

Step 4: Finalization and Delivery

Once the client’s feedback has been incorporated and the design is approved, we prepare the final high-quality files. Clients can expect a comprehensive package when they engage our services, ensuring they receive the finalized product in formats that suit their needs.

Payment for our services includes the following deliverable formats, available upon request: JPEG, PNG, PDF, and TIFF. Please note that all formats provided are “As a copy,” without layers.

It’s important to clarify that the client’s payment does not cover the provision of the original design files or source materials. This includes Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator design files, fonts, and raw elements, among others.

Should clients require access to these source files for their own purposes, they have the option to purchase them separately. We are more than happy to accommodate such requests. To inquire about acquiring the source files, kindly reach out to us, and our team will assist you in fulfilling your specific requirements.

After a job is approved you will receive your product in the formats agreed to (mentioned above). If there are any errors that need to be corrected (for example spelling or content errors) those changes will be made free of charge. If any major design changes are required after a design is approved, there will be an extra service fee charge.

Step 5: Authorized Usage and Client Satisfaction

The approved design is authorized for public use, reflecting the client’s trust in our creative process. Our ultimate goal at TAS Belize is to achieve a Satisfied Client, where our work aligns seamlessly with the client’s expectations and contributes to their success.

TAS Belize adds the final approved end product/design to its portfolio. If for some reason you feel it best that your design is not added (for example sensitive content) please contact us.
